Contracted Contractors
To optimally execute certain tasks, we collaborate with contractors who are under contract with us. This often involves repair requests that fall outside of routine maintenance and require a specific expertise. To provide a comprehensive package and maintain our high quality standards, we have long-term contractual partnerships with specialists in various fields.
Preferred Suppliers Provided
As a service partner in property maintenance, we also easily coordinate with the suppliers and partners of the property manager. For instance, there may be contracts between the manager and, for example, a technician for a lift installation. In such cases, we gladly collaborate to provide a complete service package.
In all cases, a quick and high-quality resolution for the resident is our priority. Wherever possible, we will always make the appointment for the work with the customer ourselves. If necessary, we ensure a warm transfer to our partners.
