Vastgoed Service is the exclusive maintenance partner of student housing provider DUWO and carries out maintenance and repair work for over 35,000 customers in Delft, The Hague, Leiden, Amsterdam, Deventer, and Wageningen. We handle the intake and perform the repairs with our own technicians or involve a co-maker. Our services are fully tailored to students.

For the Amsterdam region, we have immediate vacancies for multiple (all-round) technicians.

What will you do?

In the morning, you receive your tasks on your iPhone and head to one of DUWO’s customers. Most of the work involves repair requests reported by customers, where sometimes the issue is known beforehand, but sometimes it's not. We ensure that your company van is stocked with the right materials and tools. Once you arrive at the customer's location, you carry out the repair. You might need to replace an interior door, adjust a kitchen cabinet, fix a leaking faucet, or replace a showerhead. What's important is that the customer is satisfied.

Who are we looking for?

You have a category B driver's license, preferably also a VCA certificate, and you live in the Amsterdam area. You have extensive practical experience as a plumber, electrician, or carpenter and are preferably versatile in multiple disciplines. You can work independently, perform your tasks neatly and accurately, and remain customer-oriented in all situations, as you are the face of Vastgoed Service/DUWO. Proficiency in English is a plus, given the international composition of our target group.
