The technician who then arrives at the customer's door to fix issues has experience with the products present in the building. The correct parts are already prepared in the van.

We also use extensive reporting in other areas to provide better service. The technicians thoroughly document their work, allowing us to accurately estimate how long each type of repair takes. Travel movements are continuously optimized as well. Additionally, we regularly sit down with suppliers. We thoroughly review which parts have been used over the past period, continually refining our inventory. We also periodically share our analyses with our clients. If we notice that certain parts need frequent repairs, we may advise replacing the part systematically to save costs in the future.

The data we collect ensures that we work efficiently and can always scale up or down when necessary. This makes us an efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective partner for property maintenance.
