The technicians at Vastgoed Service are highly versatile for daily maintenance in and around student housing. They have the knowledge and experience necessary to handle repair requests quickly and accurately. We use our own in-house service for, among other things:

Sustainability
In addition to satisfied customers and partners, a better environment is a priority for us. Where possible, we use circular materials and parts. In collaboration with our suppliers, we look for opportunities to give products a second life. Furthermore, our system helps reduce the number of trips, and through efficient inventory management, we lower the weight of our vehicles. We have detailed insights into emissions and push ourselves to continue reducing them, for example, by highlighting our 'greenest driver of the month.'
Additionally, in the low-traffic city center, we use our electric Carver instead of company vans.
