Our Service Desk employees are ready to quickly answer customer inquiries. They can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone for any conceivable issues in and around the home. For example, is there a leaking shower faucet? Our staff will immediately get to work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Our Service Desk employee has been informed by the customer and gets to work. A detailed task, containing all the necessary information, is created in a short time. The task is sent to the appropriate technician, who immediately knows what needs to be done.

Using an extensive decision tree, the task is processed. All conceivable factors and data are considered to execute the task as quickly and efficiently as possible. The system determines who is best suited to perform the job based on distance and availability. Additionally, the technician immediately knows what needs to be done and which parts are required.

The technician from our own team or one of our reliable partners always heads out well-prepared. The problem is known, and the correct parts are already ready in the van. The technician only leaves once the customer's request has been satisfactorily resolved.
