VCA and EFQ certification 2024

We are pleased to inform you that Vastgoed Service has successfully passed the audit for the recertification of VCA and retained the EFQ label.

VCA (Safety Checklist for Contractors) focuses on improving safety, health, and environmental performance within companies by evaluating how well risks in the workplace are managed and safe working conditions are ensured.

EFQ (Eye For Quality) is a certification system that assesses companies' quality management systems and helps them improve the quality of products and services through standardized processes and procedures.

Two auditors from Aboma spent a day and a half conducting administrative checks, interviews, and workplace inspections at various locations. The audit was completed without any deficiencies or observations, confirming the quality and integrity of our methods and procedures.

Key findings include that procedures are well-structured and effectively implemented, that data is accurate and reliable, and that safety within the organization is excellent. These aspects contribute to the well-being of our employees and operational efficiency.
